TO ABOLISH THE SPARTANBURG COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE AND PROVIDE FOR ITS DUTIES TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE SPARTANBURG COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The Spartanburg County Transportation Committee, appointed pursuant to Section 12-27-400 of the 1976 Code, is abolished, and its duties are transferred to the Spartanburg County Legislative Delegation.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
