A BILL

TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A PORTION OF SECONDARY ROAD S28-539 IN KERSHAW COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The South Carolina Department of Transportation shall remove from the state highway system that portion of Secondary Road S28-539 in Kershaw County beginning at the dead end and continuing southwesterly 303 feet.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
