TO PROVIDE THAT ACT 449 OF 1992, THE SOUTH CAROLINA ENERGY CONSERVATION AND EFFICIENCY ACT OF 1992 IS REPEALED, JULY 1, 1994, UNLESS IT IS CONTINUED BY AN AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY BEFORE JULY 1, 1994.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Unless continued by an act of the General Assembly before July 1, 1994, Act 449 of 1992, The South Carolina Energy Conservation and Efficiency Act of 1992, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
