AN ACT TO ABOLISH THE SALUDA COUNTY MEDICAL BUILDING BOARD AND DEVOLVE ALL POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD UPON THE SALUDA COUNTY COUNCIL AND TO REPEAL ACT 810 OF 1946 AND ACT 1116 OF 1960 RELATING TO THE CREATION, COMPOSITION, POWERS, AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Medical building board abolished

SECTION 1. The Saluda County Medical Building Board is abolished and all powers and duties of the board are devolved upon the Saluda County Council.

Repeal

SECTION 2. Act 810 of 1946 and Act 1116 of 1960 are repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
