House Bill 3745, if enacted, will repeal Section 2-1-215 of the South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976, which calls for an orientation program for members of the General Assembly elected in the 1992 General Election.
The General Fund will incur no costs if House Bill 3745 is enacted.

TO REPEAL SECTION 2-1-215, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ORIENTATION PROGRAM FOR NEW LEGISLATORS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 2-1-215 of the 1976 Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
