A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT IF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY OR THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS EXTENDS CERTAIN EFFECTIVE DATES IN THE RCRA SUBTITLE D MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILL CRITERIA, ANY EXTENSION APPLIES TO ALL MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILLS IN THIS STATE TO WHICH THE CRITERIA APPLY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Extension of certain effective dates in the Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Criteria
SECTION 1. If the Environmental Protection Agency or the United States Congress extends certain effective dates in the RCRA Subtitle D Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Criteria, any extension applies to all municipal solid waste landfills in this State to which the criteria apply.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
