AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 24-3-410, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE SALE OF CERTAIN PRISON-MADE PRODUCTS ON THE OPEN MARKET, SO AS TO PERMIT THE SALE OF HOGS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Sale of hogs permitted
SECTION 1. Section 24-3-410(B)(2) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 19 of 1991, is further amended to read:
"(2) the production of cattle, hogs, cotton, Turkish tobacco, soybeans, and wheat;"
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
