TO AMEND SECTION 12-21-3320, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS FOR PURPOSES OF BINGO REGULATIONS, SO AS TO EXTEND BINGO SESSIONS TO MORNING HOURS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 12-21-3320(6) of the 1976 Code, as added by Act 188 of 1989, is amended to read:
"(6) `Session' means a consecutive series of games which must occur only between twelve nine o'clock noon a.m. and twelve a.m. of the following day. No more than one session may occur during the permitted period."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
