The Senate assembled at 11:00 A.M., the hour to which it stood adjourned and was called to order by the ACTING PRESIDENT, Senator SETZLER.

The following Joint Resolution was read the third time and ordered sent to the House of Representatives:

S. 231 -- Senator Courson: A JOINT RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A TASK FORCE TO OVERSEE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY THE TASK FORCE FOR SOLVING HOMELESSNESS; TO PROVIDE FOR ITS MEMBERSHIP AND DUTIES; AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE MEMBERS SHALL SERVE WITHOUT COMPENSATION.

At 11:15 A.M., on motion of Senator WILSON, the Senate adjourned to meet next Tuesday, February 16, 1993, at 12:00 Noon, for the consideration of local matters which have the unanimous consent of the delegation affected, and of statewide matters which have been ordered to a reading by the unanimous consent of the Senate on a previous legislative day, and, further, to authorize the Lieutenant Governor to cause the first reading and referral of any Bills and Resolutions in the box, and to receive Committee Reports.
