TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION, RELATING TO INOCULATIONS (REPEAL), DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 2031, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Board of Education, relating to inoculations (repeal), designated as Regulation Document Number 2031, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

We propose that this regulation be repealed in order to consolidate and condense a number of State Board of Education regulations which address this issue. This regulation is addressed in Regulation 43-272, School Admission, and Regulation 43-207, Health Requirement for Personnel.
