A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 43-7-460, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE RECOVERY OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PAID UNDER THE MEDICAID PROGRAM FROM THE ESTATES OF CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 43-7-460 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
