A JOINT RESOLUTION TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM THAT PORTION OF SECONDARY ROAD S28-52, ACADEMY DRIVE, IN KERSHAW COUNTY, BETWEEN U.S. HIGHWAY 1 NORTH AND THE CAMDEN MILITARY ACADEMY PROPERTY LINE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Portion of secondary road removed from highway system

SECTION 1. The Department of Transportation shall remove from the state highway system that portion of Secondary Road S28-52, Academy Drive, in Kershaw County, between U.S. Highway 1 North and the Camden Military Academy property line.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
