TO REPEAL SECTION 12-4-380, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ANNUALLY REPORT TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY ALL TAX LIABILITIES REDUCED BY ORDER OF THE DIRECTOR.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 12-4-380 of the 1976 Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
