A SENATE RESOLUTION

EXPRESSING THE PROFOUND SORROW AND DEEPEST SYMPATHY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA SENATE UPON LEARNING OF THE DEATH OF CHARLES ANDREW "ANDY" MEDLOCK OF WARRENVILLE.

Whereas, the members of the South Carolina Senate were very saddened to learn of the death of Charles A. "Andy" Medlock of Warrenville on December 12, 1999; and

Whereas, Mr. Medlock, a native of Aiken, was married to Debra Lewis Medlock and the father of Heather and the late Kimberly Gail Medlock; and

Whereas, he was employed at Bridge-Stone Firestone; and

Whereas, he was a well respected member of the community and an active leader and devoted member of Christian Heritage Church where he was a deacon, Sunday School teacher, and member of the choir; and

Whereas, the members of the South Carolina Senate, by this resolution would like to express their deepest sympathy to the family and many friends of Charles "Andy" Medlock. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That the members of the South Carolina Senate express their profound sorrow and deepest sympathy upon learning of the death of Charles Andrew "Andy" Medlock of Warrenville.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Debra Lewis and Heather Medlock of Warrenville, South Carolina.
