TO AMEND SECTION 20-7-9710 OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE FIRST STEPS TO READINESS BOARD OF TRUSTEES, SO AS TO ADD TO THE MEMBERSHIP THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE STATE BOARD FOR TECHNICAL AND COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATION OR HIS DESIGNEE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 20-7-9710(F) of the 1976 Code is amended by adding an appropriately lettered item to read:
"( ) State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education or his designee."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
