To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (S. 196), to invite the National Commander of the American Legion, the Honorable Harold L. Miller, to address the General Assembly, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same, and recommend that the same do pass:

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO INVITE THE NATIONAL COMMANDER OF THE AMERICAN LEGION, THE HONORABLE HAROLD L. MILLER, TO ADDRESS THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN JOINT SESSION AT 12:00 NOON ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1999.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the National Commander of the American Legion, the Honorable Harold L. Miller, is invited to address the General Assembly in Joint Session in the Hall of the House of Representatives at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, February 24, 1999.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Honorable Harold L. Miller.
