BY PROMULGATING AGENCY.

The Board of Long Term Health Care Administrators proposes changes to existing regulations which will enable persons who retire from the practice of long term health care administration to maintain an inactive license and also to allow administrators to carry over continuing education hours earned in addition to the required amount to the next licensure year. It further increases the continuing education hours for annual renewal of a community residential care facility administrator license and a dual administrator license.
