A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO CONGRATULATE DR. ROBERT F. TESTIN OF OCONEE COUNTY ON BEING CHOSEN TO RECEIVE THE FOOD INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH CAROLINA LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD.

Whereas, Dr. Robert F. Testin has been chosen to receive the Food Industry Association of South Carolina (FIA of SC) Lifetime Achievement Award; and

Whereas, FIA of South Carolina members are food processors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and academic departments throughout South Carolina whose purpose is to promote, develop, and assist the food industry in South Carolina as an association; and

Whereas, Robert Testin's selection to receive this Lifetime Achievement Award is a distinct honor not only for himself but for all the people of South Carolina who are benefiting from his devotion and dedication to the food industry in South Carolina; and

Whereas, the General Assembly, by this resolution, is pleased to accord special recognition to one of South Carolina's outstanding citizens on such an important occurrence. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the South Carolina General Assembly by this resolution, hereby congratulate Dr. Robert F. Testin of Oconee County on being selected to receive the Food Industry Association of South Carolina Lifetime Achievement Award.
