CONGRATULATING AND RECOGNIZING SERGEANT WILSON LLOYD CLYBURN OF KERSHAW COUNTY ON HIS RETIREMENT FROM THE CITY OF CAMDEN POLICE DEPARTMENT.
Whereas, for the past twenty-five years Sergeant Wilson Lloyd Clyburn has rendered outstanding service to the City of Camden Police Department; and
Whereas, during his service as a police officer, Sergeant Clyburn has been recognized for the loyalty, commitment, kindness, and compassion he has brought to the police force; and
Whereas, he is a devoted husband, proud father, and an involved community leader with deep religious beliefs; and
Whereas, Sergeant Wilson is the youngest of fifteen children who worked diligently against the challenges of life and has succeeded in making life easier for his family and fellowman. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the members of the House of Representatives congratulate and recognize Sergeant Wilson Lloyd Clyburn of Kershaw County on his retirement from the City of Camden Police Department.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Sergeant Clyburn.
