AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-1-60, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO GAME ZONES, SO AS TO MOVE CALHOUN COUNTY FROM GAME ZONE THREE TO SIX.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Game zone revised

SECTION 1. Section 50-1-60(3) and (6) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 181 of 1993, are further amended to read:

"(3) The third zone shall comprise the counties of Aiken, Lexington, and Richland;

(6) The sixth zone shall comprise the counties of Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester, Calhoun, and Orangeburg;"

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 26th day of May, 1999.
