A HOUSE RESOLUTION

EXPRESSING THE CONGRATULATIONS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO MR. AND MRS. ALEXANDER TALLEY DIAL ON THE OCCASION OF THEIR MARRIAGE.

Whereas, marriage being the most sacred institution in the stability of our great nation, sanctioned by the laws of God and man, and has endured through all generations as a vital element in the continuity of a strong and wholesome society; and

Whereas, the positive influence of this holy union has sustained the moral and spiritual fiber of all citizens through the bonds of love and support and has contributed to the propagation of the human race; and

Whereas, the bond of matrimony symbolizes a life-long commitment of sharing and caring for each other and provides for the strength of two reaching common goals; and

Whereas, Alexander Talley Dial and Tracey Christine have given serious consideration to the solemn responsibilities this affirmation of love requires. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That by this resolution, the members of the House of Representatives congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Talley Dial on the occasion of their marriage and wish for them many blessings as they begin their lives together.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Talley Dial.
