TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO PLACE THE HONORABLE JAMES H. HODGES, GOVERNOR, ON ALL OFFICIAL SIGNS ERECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT ALONG THE STATE'S HIGHWAYS WHICH WELCOME MOTORISTS TO THE STATE.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina requests the Department of Transportation to place The Honorable James H. Hodges, Governor, on all official signs erected by the department along the state's highways which welcome motorists to South Carolina.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation.
