A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 50-13-120, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO NO SIZE LIMIT ON FRESHWATER GAME FISH OR TROUT CAUGHT IN THIS STATE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 50-13-120 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
