AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 22-2-190, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO JURY AREAS FOR MAGISTRATES' COURTS ESTABLISHED FOR LANCASTER COUNTY, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR A COUNTYWIDE JURY AREA.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Lancaster County, countywide jury area
SECTION 1. Section 22-2-190(29) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:
"(29) One jury area countywide"
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 1999.
Ratified the 26th day of May, 1999.
