To whom was referred a Bill (H. 3783), to amend Section 50-1-60, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to game zones, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same, and recommend that the same do pass:

A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 50-1-60, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO GAME ZONES, SO AS TO MOVE CALHOUN COUNTY FROM GAME ZONE THREE TO SIX.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 50-1-60(3) and (6) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 181 of 1993, are further amended to read:

"(3) The third zone shall comprise the counties of Aiken, Calhoun, Lexington, and Richland;

(6) The sixth zone shall comprise the counties of Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester, Calhoun, and Orangeburg;"

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
