A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO ESTABLISH FORTY-FIVE MILE AN HOUR SPEED ZONES AND INSTALL FLASHING TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT CHURCHES LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 601 FROM THE KERSHAW COUNTY LINE TO HIGHWAY 378.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The Department of Transportation shall establish forty-five mile an hour speed zones and install flashing traffic signals at churches located on Highway 601 from the Kershaw County line to Highway 378.

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
