A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCTS IN AIKEN COUNTY SO AS TO CHANGE THE NAME OF TOWN CREEK PRECINCT TO PINE FOREST PRECINCT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 7-7-40(A) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 285 of 1994, is further amended to read:

"(A) In Aiken County there are the following voting precincts:
