Wilder: A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-360, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCTS IN LAURENS COUNTY, SO AS TO REDESIGNATE CERTAIN PRECINCTS, CHANGE A MAP REFERENCE ON WHICH THESE PRECINCTS ARE DELINEATED, CORRECT A REFERENCE TO THE REGISTRATION AND ELECTIONS COMMISSION FOR LAURENS COUNTY, AND PROVIDE THAT POLLING PLACES FOR THESE PRECINCTS MUST BE ESTABLISHED BY THE REGISTRATION AND ELECTIONS COMMISSION FOR LAURENS COUNTY WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE LAURENS COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION.
