TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO THE MEMBERS, COACHES, AND STAFF OF THE JEFFERSON DAVIS ACADEMY "LADY RAIDERS" BASKETBALL TEAM, AND TO ACCOMPANYING OFFICIALS OF JEFFERSON DAVIS ACADEMY, ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 16, 2001, AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, FOR PURPOSES OF RECOGNIZING AND CONGRATULATING THE "LADY RAIDERS" BASKETBALL TEAM ON WINNING THE SOUTH CAROLINA INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS ASSOCIATION GIRLS STATE BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP FOR THE YEAR 2000-2001.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives be extended to the members, coaches, and staff of the Jefferson Davis Academy "Lady Raiders" Basketball team, and to accompanying officials of Jefferson Davis Academy, on Wednesday, May 16, 2001, at a time to be determined by the Speaker, for purposes of recognizing and congratulating the "Lady Raiders" Basketball team on winning the South Carolina Independent Schools Association Girls State Basketball Championship for the year 2000-2001.
