A JOINT RESOLUTION

EXTENDING THE PAYMENT DUE DATE OF THE 2001 REAL PROPERTY TAXES IN WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY FROM JANUARY 31, 2002, TO FEBRUARY 28, 2002, AS A RESULT OF A COMPUTER MALFUNCTION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, due to a computer malfunction, the 2001 payment due date for real property taxes in Williamsburg County is extended from January 31, 2002, to February 28, 2002.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
