AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR PAYMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL ANNUAL PER DIEM FOR THE CHAIRMAN OF THE DILLON COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Chairman of Transportation Committee paid per diem
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Chairman of the Dillon County Transportation Committee, in performance of his duties, must be allowed and paid from Dillon County "C" fund revenues an additional per diem amount of two thousand dollars each year.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 23rd day of May, 2001.
