A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO FIX WEDNESDAY, APRIL 18, 2001, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITADEL, COASTAL CAROLINA UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON, FRANCIS MARION UNIVERSITY, SOUTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY, AND WIL LOU GRAY OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL AS THE TIME FOR THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE TO MEET IN JOINT ASSEMBLY IN THE HALL OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO ELECT SUCCESSORS TO THE MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATIVE AUDIT COUNCIL WHOSE TERMS EXPIRE IN 2001, OR WHOSE POSITIONS MUST OTHERWISE BE FILLED.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the Senate and the House of Representatives meet in Joint Assembly in the Hall of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, April 18, 2001, immediately following the election of members of the boards of trustees of The Citadel, Coastal Carolina University, College of Charleston, Francis Marion University, South Carolina State University, and Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School for the purpose of electing successors to the members of the Legislative Audit Council whose terms expire in 2001, or whose positions otherwise must be filled.
