    To whom was referred a Bill (S. 579) to provide for payment of an additional annual per diem for the chairman of the Dillon County Transportation, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

    That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

A BILL

TO PROVIDE FOR PAYMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL ANNUAL PER DIEM FOR THE CHAIRMAN OF THE DILLON COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Chairman of the Dillon County Transportation Committee, in performance of his duties, must be allowed and paid from Dillon County "C" fund revenues an additional per diem amount of two thousand dollars each year.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
