A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 56-5-2590, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PROHIBITING CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES FROM REQUIRING A PERSON TO PAY A FEE OR PLACE A TIME LIMIT FOR PARKING AT SPECIFIC LOCATIONS ADJACENT TO PROPERTY OWNED BY THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE MUNICIPALITY IS LOCATED.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 56-5-2590 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
