A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 42-3-105, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO AUTHORITY FOR THE SOUTH CAROLINA WORKERS COMPENSATION COMMISSION TO DOUBLE AND RETAIN FINES AND PENALTIES ASSESSED FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA WORKERS COMPENSATION LAW.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 42-3-105 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
