A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO FIX WEDNESDAY, MARCH 3, 2004, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, AS THE TIME FOR THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE TO MEET IN JOINT ASSEMBLY IN THE HALL OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO ELECT A MEMBER OF THE LEGISLATIVE AUDIT COUNCIL TO SUCCEED THE HONORABLE DILL BLACKWELL WHOSE TERM HAS EXPIRED.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the Senate and the House of Representatives meet in Joint Assembly in the Hall of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, March 3, 2004, immediately following the election of members of the South Carolina Public Service Commission for the purpose of electing a member of the Legislative Audit Council to succeed the Honorable Dill Blackwell whose term has expired.
