To whom was referred a Bill (S. 995) to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-21-131 so as to provide that there is established a no wake zone within, etc., respectfully

A BILL

TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-21-131 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THERE IS ESTABLISHED A NO WAKE ZONE WITHIN ONE THOUSAND FEET OF THE RICHARDSON'S LANDING PUBLIC BOATING FACILITY ON LAKE MOULTRIE IN BERKELEY COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Chapter 21, Title 50 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 50-21-131.    There is established a no wake zone within one thousand feet of the Richardson's Landing Public Boating Facility on Lake Moultrie in Berkeley County. The boundaries of the no wake zone must be clearly marked with signs designed and installed by the department."

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
