A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO PROVIDE THAT FOR THE YEAR 2004 ONLY, THE SHAD SEASON IN GAME ZONE 9 IS EXTENDED UNTIL APRIL 15, 2004.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for the year 2004 only, the shad season in Game Zone 9 is extended until April 15, 2004.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
