A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO PROVIDE THAT FOR THE YEAR 2004 ONLY, THE SHAD SEASON IN GAME ZONE 9 IS EXTENDED UNTIL APRIL 15, 2004.

Amend Title To Conform

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for the year 2004 only, the shad season in Game Zone 9 is extended until April 15, 2004, provided, however, the shad season in the Atlantic Ocean territorial sea is not extended.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
