To whom was referred a Bill (S. 856) to provide that a certain portion of the roadside of Interstate Highway 26 in Spartanburg County may be mowed beyond thirty feet, etc., respectfully

TO PROVIDE THAT A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE ROADSIDE OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 26 IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY MAY BE MOWED BEYOND THIRTY FEET FROM THE PAVEMENT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 57-23-800 of the 1976 Code, or any other provision of law, the roadside adjacent to Dorman High School on Interstate Highway 26 beginning at mile marker 28 and extending west one mile to mile marker 27 may be mowed beyond thirty feet from the pavement.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
