A JOINT RESOLUTION TO POSTPONE UNTIL 2007 THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VALUES DETERMINED IN GREENVILLE COUNTY'S MOST RECENTLY COMPLETED COUNTYWIDE APPRAISAL AND EQUALIZATION PLAN.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Implementation postponed
SECTION 1. Implementation of the values for purposes of property tax determined in Greenville County's most recently completed countywide appraisal and equalization plan conducted pursuant to Section 12-43-217 of the 1976 Code, is postponed until property tax year 2007.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 15th day of February, 2006.
Vetoed by the Governor -- 2/21/06.
Veto overridden by Senate -- 2/22/06.
