A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO DIRECT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR DORCHESTER SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 4 TO TRANSFER THE PROPERTY FORMERLY JENKINS HILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TO THE TOWN OF HARLEYVILLE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The Board of Trustees for Dorchester School District No. 4 shall transfer the property formerly Jenkins Hill Elementary School to the Town of Harleyville.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
