A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO APPROVE THE SOUTH CAROLINA RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, RELATING TO OFFER OF JUDGMENT, AUTHORIZED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE V OF THE CONSTITUTION OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1895.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure amending Rule 68 and submitted to the General Assembly, authorized pursuant to the provisions of Article V of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, are approved.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
