AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-870, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO BIRD SANCTUARIES, SO AS TO DECLARE AS A BIRD SANCTUARY THE GROUNDS OF THE PRESBYTERIAN HOME OF SOUTH CAROLINA LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 56 IN THE TOWN OF CLINTON IN LAURENS COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Bird sanctuary

SECTION    1.    Section 50-11-870 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 294 of 1998, is further amended by inserting before the last paragraph:

"(33)    the grounds of the Presbyterian Home of South Carolina located on Highway 56 in the Town of Clinton in Laurens County."

Time effective

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 31st day of March, 2005.

Became law without the signature of the Governor -- 4/7/05.
