To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (H. 3293) to invite the National Commander of the American Legion, the Honorable Thomas Cadmus, to address the South Carolina General Assembly in joint session in the Chamber of the House of Representatives, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

Has polled the Concurrent Resolution out majority favorable.

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO INVITE THE NATIONAL COMMANDER OF THE AMERICAN LEGION, THE HONORABLE THOMAS CADMUS, TO ADDRESS THE SOUTH CAROLINA GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN JOINT SESSION IN THE CHAMBER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AT 12:30 P.M. ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2005.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the National Commander of the American Legion, the Honorable Thomas Cadmus, is invited to address the South Carolina General Assembly in joint session in the Chamber of the House of Representatives at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2005.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Honorable Thomas Cadmus.
