A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO PROVIDE THAT THE TAXES WHICH WERE IMPOSED IN DILLON COUNTY FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006 ARE REIMPOSED FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The taxes which were imposed in Dillon County for school purposes for fiscal year 2005-2006 as provided in Act 196 of 2005 are reimposed for fiscal year 2006-2007.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
