A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION, BOARD OF EXAMINERS IN PSYCHOLOGY, RELATING TO PRACTICE OF PSYCHOLOGY-SPECIALTY DESIGNATIONS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 3102, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The regulations of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, Board of Examiners in Psychology, relating to Practice of Psychology-Specialty Designations, designated as Regulation Document Number 3102, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

SUMMARY AS SUBMITTED

BY PROMULGATING AGENCY.

The Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, Board of Examiners in Psychology, is revising existing regulations by repealing Regulation 100-5 and amending Regulations 100-1, 100-3, 100-4, 100-8 and 100-10 which includes all provisions governing specialty designations and amending other regulations accordingly.
