A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REPLACE THE SIGNS ALONG UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 78 IN DORCHESTER COUNTY THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "CYPRESS SWAMP" WITH SIGNS THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "GREAT CYPRESS SWAMP".

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly request that the Department of Transportation replace the signs along United States Highway 78 in Dorchester County that contain the words "Cypress Swamp" with signs that contain the words "Great Cypress Swamp".

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation.
