TO FIX NOON ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 19, 2010, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE ELECTION OF TRUSTEES TO INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, AS THE TIME TO ELECT MEMBERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND WORKFORCE APPELLATE PANEL TO SUCCEED THE INTERIM MEMBERS OF THAT PANEL.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the Senate and the House of Representatives shall meet in joint assembly in the Hall of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at noon to elect members of the Department of Employment and Workforce Appellate Panel to succeed the interim members of that panel.

Be it further resolved that all nominations for members of the Department of Employment and Workforce Appellate Panel must be made by the Chairman of the Department of Employment and Workforce Review Committee, and that no further nominating or seconding speeches may be made by members of the General Assembly on behalf of any candidate.
