TO REPEAL SECTION 47-9-65 OF THE 1976 CODE, AS ADDED BY ACT 75 OF 2009, RELATING TO POLO HORSE DRUG COMPOUNDS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 47-9-65 of the 1976 Code, as added by Act 75 of 2009, relating to polo horse drug compounds, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
